SNOW DAY POLICY
On the day of a snow delay or closure, all cancellation details will be posted to our website and instagram account by approximately 7:30 a.m.
If a school delay is called for a specific studio (Katonah/Bedford, Chappaqua/Byram Hills), we will likely (but not always) cancel the first two classes (8:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.) for that studio. If you are signed up for a class that is cancelled, the session will automatically be returned to your account for future use. If a class is not cancelled and you personally are unable to make it in due to snow complications, please email us at email@example.com and we will credit the class back to you as soon as we can.
Additionally, if you want to attend a later class because your earlier class was cancelled or you couldn’t make it in, we ask that you please go ahead and sign yourself up as we may not get your email in time to add you in. Depending on the circumstances of the day, we might also add a 12 p.m. class if there is demand for it.
Please understand that we are all dealing with logistics in the event of a snow day too and are doing our best to be in touch about any changes.
We want you to make it in, but if you can’t, stay warm, enjoy the snow and we will see you soon!
