An avid runner and athlete through high school and college, I have tried almost every kind of exercise. My first Corelab class was two years ago in the best shape of my life. At the time I was doing a combo of spin, boot camp, indoor row and high intensity cardio classes 6-7x a week. Then I met Corelab and could not believe the body fatiguing exercise that kicked my “in shape” butt! I was addicted first class and have never felt stronger or muscle toned in my life. I’ve been taking classes at Corelab for over a year and hopefully I’ll be taking them for the next decade. The regimen is grueling the first couple of times but then without much fanfare you start to find yourself getting exponentially stronger. Which makes each class more of a joy than the last. It’s a muscle building, calorie incinerating mix of a workout. Kim has created a space that’s clean and beautiful, and the vibe is one of motivation and celebration, not perfection or criticism.
